The redemption process is simple and convenient:
- Present a valid same-day single machine-printed receipt from an eligible merchant, along with the corresponding electronic payment transaction slip and valid Octopus card(s). The offer will be stored on each person’s Octopus card.
- Use the same Octopus card(s) within two hours at the pier or on designated external bus routes to enjoy a complimentary one-way transportation ride.

Continuous Enhancements to Transportation Services
To enhance convenience for passengers, Discovery Bay has introduced a series of transportation upgrades and special offers:
- New Ferry Stop:
Designated ferry services now include a stop at DB North Plaza on Sundays and public holidays, making travel between DB North Plaza and the city easier.
- New Airport Bus Stop:
The airport bus route now adds on a pick-up and drop-off stop at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port, providing greater convenience for passengers traveling to and from the Greater Bay Area.
- Free Ferry Rides for Children and Eligible Persons with Disabilities:
From now until 23 March 2025 (Sunday), designated ferry trips departing from Central on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are free for children and eligible persons with disabilities. Passengers can enjoy this offer by using a valid corresponding Octopus card during the following times:
- Fridays: 5:10 pm – 11:30 pm

- Free Airport Bus Rides from Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port to Discovery Bay:
From now until 23 March 2025 (Sunday), passengers traveling on airport bus routes DB02R or DB02A from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port to Discovery Bay can enjoy free rides.
