Sienna One, the Group’s brand-new luxury residential development project in the Nanhu New District of Jiaxing, Zhejiang, has set up its first urban gallery at Nanhu Wanda Plaza from 18 June to 17 July.

Inspired by the Musée de l'Orangerie along the Seine in Paris, with the interplay of French aesthetics and natural elegance, the gallery invites visitors to step into a romantic French atmosphere and discover the charm of the development. To creatively spotlight the project’s unique features, the Group collaborated with LEGO® Certified Professional Prince Jiang, who brought our vision to life with an impressive model built from 132,000 LEGO® bricks.

Sienna One, the Group’s sixth project in Jiaxing over the past 13 years, exemplifies our long-term investment commitment in the Yangtze River Delta region. Located in Nanhu Fund Town, at the intersection of Zuili Road and Sanhuan Road East, Sienna One features 23 residential towers, offering a total gross floor area of over 1.4 million sq. ft., featuring an approximately 660-metre ecological waterfront. The landscape design is inspired by world-renowned landmarks and French elements, including the Musée de l'Orangerie, the Gardens of Provence, and the Centre Pompidou, creating ever-changing scenery with each step.

From Hong Kong’s Discovery Bay to Jiaxing’s Sienna One, both projects symbolise the Group’s ambition in enriching the vibrancy of the community and the city, and creating a better lifestyle.
