Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong Showcased Culinary Excellence at “Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival” again

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong participated in the “Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival” this year held at the Central Harbourfront Event Space in late October. This renowned annual event celebrated the world’s finest wines and gourmet delicacies, attracting food lovers and wine enthusiasts from across the city.

During the festival, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong presented a selection of its top ten “East Meets West” signature dishes, including Buddha Jumps Over the Wall with Rice Noodle Roll, Wagyu in Whisky Skewer, Pan-fried Foie Gras & Toast with XO Sauce & Balsamic Reduction, Deep-fried Crab Claws Stuffed with Shrimp Mousse, Mango Sago with Tapioca Pearls & Peach Gum, and Tiramisu.

Further enhancing the gastronomic experience, the hotel participated in the 'Pairing Exploration’ segment, where its featured dishes were thoughtfully paired with premium wines to deliver a refined and harmonious gastronomic experience.
