Discovery Bay’s new Italian-inspired large-scale sea-view * luxury residential development, “Toscana” and the “Toscana Sales Gallery” were officially unveiled. Mr. Martin Lee, Executive Director and Chief Projects Officer, Mr. Mike Wang, General Manager of Business Development and Marketing of HKRI, and Ms. Pandora Chan, Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing of the Group; together with Mr. David Lee, Director of Hong Kong Property of CITIC Pacific Limited, Mr. Alexander Lee, Director of CITIC Pacific Property Agents Limited; and Mr. Carmelo Ficarra, Consul-General of Italy in Hong Kong, jointly officiated the naming ceremony of “Toscana” and the grand opening of its sales gallery.
The event also attracted media interviews and extensive news coverage, as well as the presence and support of distinguished guests from various sectors and influencers.
“Toscana” is on the verdant hillside of DB North, embraced by green hills and azure seas *. The English name “Toscana” is inspired by Toscana, Italy, renowned for its lush green hills, stunning coastline, and rich artistic heritage.
The newly designed “Park Toscana” spans over 160,000 sq. ft. * Embodying a distinctive fusion under the themes of “Green Living Art” and “Clubhouse Everywhere”, it features 13 Italian-themed zones *, seamlessly integrating art, fitness and nature.
HKR has specially constructed a standalone sales gallery within “Toscana” - a rare feature in Hong Kong. The sales gallery, themed on classic Italian aesthetics, featured over 14,300 sq. ft. of Italian-style garden and more than 9,900 sq. ft. of rooftop space. Visitors can enjoy panoramic mountain and sea view* of Discovery Bay and closely appreciate the facade design of “Toscana”. The sales gallery drew inspiration from Toscana, Italy. It showcased exquisite Italian craftsmanship, gracefully weaving together the concepts of “Italian Modern Luxury Residences” and “Discovery Bay Resort Lifestyle”. It featured Italian-style high ceilings with an arched ceiling feature, an Italian coffee bar, and premium materials in earthy and natural tones such as limestone, marble, high-quality timber, leather, and bronze etc.
“The New Reach of Discovery Bay” Italian Art Exhibition
Italian artist Francesco Lietti, together with students and teachers from Discovery Bay International School, also collaborated to create “The New Reach of Discovery Bay” Italian Art Exhibition, presenting a series of large-scale Italian-themed masks reflecting Italian culture and lifestyle of DB. The four masks themed “Seaside Living”, “Green Living”, “Esteemed Living”, and “Happy Living”, will be displayed at Toscana Sales Gallery, DB North Plaza, next to the Pavilion, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, seaside al fresco dining hotspot D’Deck, and DB Plaza. The exhibition will run from 24 November 2025 until 25 January 2026, with more Italian cultural and artistic events to follow.
