The naming ceremony of Discovery Bay’s new Italian-inspired large-scale sea-view* luxury residential development, “Toscana” and grand opening of “Toscana Sales Gallery” were a resounding success. The event also marked the official opening of the “The New Reach of Discovery Bay” Italian Art Exhibition, reflecting Italian lifestyle, culture and art within Discovery Bay.
“The New Reach of Discovery Bay” Italian Art Exhibition Showcases Italian Lifestyle
To showcase the new reach of Italian resort living embodied by “Toscana”, Italian artist Mr. Francesco Lietti and students and teachers from Discovery Bay International School collaborated to create “The New Reach of Discovery Bay” Italian Art Exhibition, presenting a series of large-scale Italian-themed masks reflecting Italian culture and lifestyle of Discovery Bay. This marks the opening of the Italian Arts Festival themed around “Toscana”.
The four masks, themed “Seaside Living”, “Green Living”, “Esteemed Living”, and “Happy Living”, are displayed at DB North Plaza, next to the Pavilion, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, seaside al fresco dining hotspot D’Deck, and DB Plaza. The exhibition will run until 25 January 2026, with more Italian cultural and artistic events to follow.

Italian Mask Painting Workshop
The Toscana Sales Gallery recently hosted an Italian Mask Painting Workshop, welcoming nearly 100 participants for a fun, engaging cultural experience to learn more about rich beauty of Italian art and culture. Guided by art instructors, the participants explored “The New Reach of Discovery Bay” Italian Art Exhibition and gained insights into the traditions and symbolism of Italian mask art. They painted their unique creations using vibrant colours and playful patterns, fostering children’s imagination, cultural appreciation and hands-on artistic expression.
