The Group Announces HK$10 Million Donation and Relief Plan to Support Tai Po

The recent fire at Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po, has profoundly affected the community, leaving many residents facing significant challenges. In response, the Group has pledged a donation of HK$10 million to the HKSAR Government’s Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court. 
 
Colleagues across regions have come together in solidarity. Discovery Bay contributed the proceeds from rentals of its Christmas Market, and with the combined efforts of Auberge Hospitality’s various units and keen participation from our members and guests, the additional donations have accumulated to over HK$650,000. 
 
The Group has also launched an ongoing support programme to help the affected residents of Tai Po recover and rebuild their lives. Earlier, Auberge Hospitality offered essential supplies and bedding to impacted residents. 
 
Additionally, Discovery Bay Gallery on Level 2 of Central Pier 3 will be offered as a complimentary venue for Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service on 13 January (11:30am-18:00pm) and other dates to organise blood drives, inviting the public to participate. HKRI Care & Share volunteer team will also coordinate care visits for residents in transitional housing, collaborate with NGOs to offer continuous assistance.
