One bag of blood, countless hope. The Group collaborated with the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service to host the Group’s first Blood Donation Day in Central on 13 January. As the extension of the Group’s “Tai Po Relief Programme”, we continue to support patients and families in need.

The Blood Donation Day received overwhelming public participation, with blood donation contributing nearly 10% of the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service’s daily demand, helping to ease local supply pressure. The Group’s management and staff joined the public in donating blood, exemplifying the Group’s commitment to corporate responsibility.

The Group specifically made Discovery Bay Gallery available for this meaningful initiative, providing a convenient and comfortable environment for Central’s busy professionals. Situated on Level 2 of Central Pier 3, Discovery Bay Gallery offers easy access, stylish and elegant design, as well as a spacious, relaxing setting for donors. The venue was welcomed by donors, with many expressing their wish to continue blood donation and carrying forward this spirit of compassion.

The Group extends its heartfelt gratitude to all donors and partners for their valued participation. Looking ahead, the Group remains committed to its “Care and Share” spirit by organising regular community and health initiatives.
