HKR International is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiaxing Xiuyu, together with JV Partner, won the bid of the land use rights of the “2026 JiaXiuzhou No. 007 Land Plot” in Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province.

 

Situated at the core of Xiuzhou District, the plot enjoys a prime location surrounded by landmarks including Xiuhu Park, Jiaxing Science and Technology City, and Jiaxing Culture and Art Center. The premier plot will be transformed into a mixed use commercial landmark - the first in Xiuzhou District to integrate lakefront views, a modern shopping mall, and an outdoor street area that incorporate family, social and leisure elements.

 

Building on Discovery Bay’s “Eco-friendly Town”legacy, the Group will capitalise on Xiu Lake (Xiuhu)’s natural resources and scenic landscape. Supported by an international vision and a commitment to refined craftsmanship, the Group will develop the land plot into a resort‑style community hotspot that blends vitality, nature and cultural ambience, creating a better lifestyle for consumers.

 

This acquisition marks a pivotal milestone in the Group’s presence in Jiaxing. Building on the success of six residential developments, including Sienna One, the Group is now advancing into the mixed use commercial sector. With this strategic move beyond residential development, the Group is expanding into a more diversified portfolio, further strengthening its footprint in the Yangtze River Delta region.
