Successful Conclusion of Media Experience Tour

To showcase its “Yangtze River Delta Escalation Strategy” in greater depth, the Group recently hosted a media experience tour to the Mainland, inviting media veterans, representatives from leading media outlets, and KOLs to visit several of its key projects, including the Group’s flagship project in Shanghai HKRI Taikoo Hui, the century-old Cha House, the immersive Corporate Gallery and the five-star hotel The Sukhothai Shanghai. The itinerary also extended to Jiaxing, Zhejiang, where the media visited Sienna One, the Group’s sixth premium residential development, as well as a newly acquired premium commercial land plot in Xiuzhou District. Experiential Retail Defines the New Luxury and Lifestyle Landmark

Located in the bustling prime Nanjing West Road Business District of Shanghai with a total investment of RMB 18 billion, HKRI Taikoo Hui seamlessly integrates experiential retail, premium office towers and boutique hotel. Through continuous brand elevation, the project has consistently strengthened its tenant mix. Over the past three years, it has introduced over 20 national debuts alongside more than 30 global flagship and concept stores. This includes the notable debut of Louis Vuitton’s “The Louis”, the world’s only giant ship-shaped and largest installation exhibition in June 2025.

HKRI Taikoo Hui also enhances its in-mall entertainment and cultural experiences through art curation and VR technology. This April, the project welcomed two highly anticipated first-time exhibitions. The global debut of “Paradise Eternal”, a photo exhibition by internationally renowned wildlife photographer Mr. Jeffrey Wu. The event was graced by the presence of Princess Marie of Liechtenstein, who also serves as a global ambassador of the Mara Elephant Project.

Another highlight is the national debut of “The Horizon of Khufu II: Builders of the Pyramid”, an immersive exploration experience produced by French immersive content studio Excurio, which launched in April at HKRI Taikoo Hui’s “The VERS Immersive Exploration Centre”. By utilising cutting-edge technology to digitally reconstruct an immersive environment, the experience transports visitors back 4,500 years to ancient Egypt to explore the interior of the pyramids from a first-person perspective. This marks the first public experiential showcase of its kind since its discovery.

Ms. Connie Ting, General Manager of Leasing and Management of HKRI and Joint General Manager of HKRI Taikoo Hui, said, “Upholding HKRI’s commitment to innovation, HKRI Taikoo Hui has consistently positioned itself at the forefront of experiential retail. From the highly anticipated launch of Louis Vuitton’s ‘The Louis’ to the global debut of ‘Paradise Eternal’ and the national debut of ‘Horizon of Khufu 2: The Secret of the Builders’, HKRI Taikoo Hui continues to drive business innovation through internationalisation, exclusivity, and immersive experiences. We remain committed to responding to evolving market trends and aim to attract discerning domestic and international consumers through first store openings, exclusive debuts, and pioneering retail experiences, unlocking market potential.”

Premium Residential Developments Uphold Exceptional Standards if Hong Kong Developers

Deeply rooted in the Yangtze River Delta region for years, HKRI’s residential projects consistently uphold the exceptional standards of Hong Kong architecture. Modeled after the iconic Discovery Bay, these projects focus on low-density, comfortable living environments designed for ultimate comfort.

“Sienna One”, HKRI’s sixth residential project in Jiaxing, features boutique residences inspired by the charm of Southern France. The sales gallery has opened, and sales and marketing are now underway. Sienna One offers a diverse selection of residences, including garden villas, premium and river-view high-rise apartments, with floor areas ranging from around 123 to 310 sq. m. It continues Discovery Bay’s signature orange visual theme, featuring 12 themed gardens. These elements combine elegance and sophistication with comfort and ease, shaping a modern and stylish architectural character.

Mr. Mike Wang, General Manager of Business Development & Marketing of HKRI, said, “HKRI is committed to integrating the Group’s distinctive Hong Kong lifestyle and global vision with the unique character of different cities and sites across the Yangtze River Delta area, thereby delivering bespoke, high‑quality developments. Building on years of extensive presence in the region, the launch of our sixth residential project, Sienna One, extends the leisure lifestyle of Discovery Bay. Through its Southern French‑inspired design and exquisite landscaping, it creates a unique living experience, generating significant synergies, and further consolidating our competitive advantage in the Yangtze River Delta region.”
