HKR International’s annual dinner was held grandly on 15 May. Embracing this year’s theme, “Night of Italian Flair”, colleagues and guests dressed beautifully in refined olive green and sophisticated Italian styles, echoing the elegance of Toscana*, Discovery Bay’s luxurious sea-view residential development. 

Italian Prelude at Toscana Sales Gallery

For the first time, pre-dinner activities were hosted at Toscana Sales Gallery, featuring stylish decorations and interactive games that immersed guests in an unforgettable Italian atmosphere.

Chairman’s Speech

During his welcoming remarks, Mr. Victor Cha, Chairman of the Group, reflected on the Group’s achievements over the past year and shared his vision for future developments. With HKRI’s 50^th anniversary approaching in 2027, he reaffirmed the Group’s commitment to innovation and excellence, further strengthening HKRI’s corporate brand. To show appreciation for everyone’s dedications over the past year, 49 special prizes were prepared for the lucky draw, symbolising the Group’s 49th anniversary this year.

Masked Singers Performance by Executives

Four of our senior executives surprised the crowd with a fantastic performance as “Masked Singers”. Other management members were also invited to join them on stage, elevating the atmosphere to new heights which truly showcased the Group's unity and vibrant team spirit. 

The Best Dressed Contest

To match with the theme “Night of Italian Flair”, the Best Dressed Contest was held, with five groups of colleagues showcasing their Italian‑inspired outfits in creative manner. Their impressive presentations not only captured everyone’s attention, but also echoed the Italian artistry that inspires our upcoming new residential project, Toscana*.

PRI²DE Outstanding Employee Awards Announced

Another highlight of the evening was the presentation of the “PRI²DE Outstanding Employee Awards 2025”, which recognise colleagues who have delivered exceptional performance and demonstrated unwavering dedication across their roles over the past year. The awards continue to underscore the Group’s commitment to talent development and to recognising the vital role each colleague plays in driving the businesses forward.

This year also saw the introduction of the new “My Favourite Outstanding Employee” and “My Favourite Outstanding Team” awards, selected by HKRIers through voting. The new category further strengthens mutual support and appreciation among colleagues across the Group.

King of Mahjong Competition Crowned

The winners of the King of Mahjong Competition were also announced. Held prior to the event, the competition drew hidden talents from various departments, showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of our organisation. Ahead of the event, colleagues enthusiastically voted on who they thought would take home the titles, adding to the excitement and cheering on the players.

Together As One: Building Stronger Momentum

Appreciation is extended to all who contributed to the success of the Annual Dinner. From planning and event management to venue setup, emceeing, rehearsals and reception, their collective effort made this annual celebration both seamless and memorable.
