This summer, the Group warmly welcomed nearly 30 interns to the “HKRI Summer Internship Program 2026”. To ensure a meaningful and enriching experience for all, Group Human Resources Department curated a series of learning and engagement activities, offering interns with the opportunities to connect with professionals inside and outside the organisation, broaden their horizons, and sharpen their workplace skills.
Over the past month, interns embarked on a series of exciting activities designed to inspire exploration, enrich their internship experience, and accelerate their person and professional growth.
Orientation & Discovery Bay Tour
On Orientation Day, interns visited the Group’s flagship project -- Discovery Bay and gained a deeper understanding of the HKRI’s diverse portfolio, including property, hotel and leisure businesses. This experience not only introduced them to the Group’s vision and operating model, but also provided them with the opportunity to bond with fellow interns and build a spirit of connection and teamwork.
