To support the promotion and sales of “Toscana” @, HKR has specially constructed a standalone sales gallery within “Toscana” — a rare feature in Hong Kong—demonstrating the developer’s dedication and vision for “Toscana”. HKR recently launched the “Discovery Bay 2.0 Blueprint” to upgrade local transport infrastructure. For example, the Discovery Bay and Central Pier 3 have been renovated, with a new ferry service between Discovery Bay North and Central (under pilot run) ⁵. A new escalator (under construction) ⁶ will connect “Toscana”, DB North Plaza ¹² and the taxi stand ¹². The Discovery Bay buses link to Tung Chung, Sunny Bay, the Hong Kong International Airport, and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port ⁷, providing convenient access to the city and the Greater Bay Area. In terms of recreational facilities, besides the brand-new central park, Park Toscana ⁴ ^ within “Toscana”, the new Discovery Bay Multi-Recreational Centre is expected to be open in 2027 8, introducing a variety of indoor and outdoor recreational facilities for Discovery Bay residents. To showcase the new reach of Italian resort living embodied by “Toscana”, the event featured a live Italian opera performance by Donna Lee, a Discovery Bay resident and student of ESF Discovery College. Italian artist Francesco Lietti and students and teachers from Discovery Bay International School also collaborated to create “The New Reach of Discovery Bay” Italian Art Exhibition, presenting a series of large-scale Italian-themed masks reflecting Italian culture and lifestyle of Discovery Bay. This marks the opening of the Italian Arts Festival themed around “Toscana”. The four masks, themed “Seaside Living”, “Green Living”, “Elegant Living”, and “Happy Living”, are displayed at Toscana Sales Gallery, DB North Plaza, next to the Pavilion, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, seaside al fresco dining hotspot D’Deck, and DB Plaza. The exhibition will run from 24 November 2025 until 25 January 2026, with more Italian cultural and artistic events to follow.
